- we use aim chatrooms on one of the car sites i belong too,we don't have a problem with spam bots or anything like that at all,it's a number of people who all know each other getting online to bs for a while. we are having a lot of problems with aim though,as far as dropping people and kicking them for no reason. or not being able to log into a room,you've logged into a hundred times before. so aim problems need to be banned.

- Actually, AIM Chat Rooms are still there, and even more of people use them than before... I think its because everyone has been fighting back agains the spam bots because they can own their own rooms now and kick and ban the bots out of the rooms..
